Returns

Full refunds for our products will made provided the books, CDs and/or DVDs are free of all markings and considered by the store owners to be in new condition.

Defective books, CDs or DVDs will be replaced free of charge except when an item is purchased as "used" and only new ones are available. The customer must pay the difference to receive the new book.

Books soiled in some way, highlighted, or with writing inside the cover or through the text will be refunded at 50% off the new price and considered as used.

Small scratches to surfaces and/or casings of CDs and DVDs will be refunded at 50% off the new price and considered as used.

Conditions For Refunds

1. If any part of a CD or DVD package is missing, no refund will be given.

2. Receipts must be presented before any refunds are made.

3. Returns must be made within (10) business days from the date of reciept.

4. Books can be returned after the last day of returns, however a drop/add or withdrawal slip must accompany the receipt for a full refund.

5. Any exceptions to the above policy must be approved in writing prior to acceptance.
